Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2023

At Scraping Solution, we strive to provide high-quality data infrastructure, datasets, automation, and custom data solutions. Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, the following Refund Policy applies.

1. Service Plans

Starter Plan

All payments made under the Starter Plan are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or project work has commenced.

Professional Extraction Plan

Due to the customized nature of data extraction projects, payments made under the Professional Extraction Plan are non-refundable after project initiation.

Data Retainer Plan

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period begins. Clients may cancel future renewals according to the terms of their agreement.

Pipeline & Infrastructure Plan

We offer a 7-Day Refund Guarantee for Pipeline & Infrastructure projects.

Clients may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of project commencement if they believe the solution does not align with the agreed scope or requirements.

Refund eligibility is subject to:

  • A written refund request submitted within 7 days
  • Review by the Scraping Solution team
  • Verification that the project has not progressed beyond the initial infrastructure setup and discovery phase

After the 7-day period, payments become non-refundable due to the custom development, engineering, and implementation work involved.

2. Digital Products & Datasets

All purchases of digital datasets, databases, business contact lists, reports, and downloadable files are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Failure to review dataset specifications before purchase
  • Customer inability to utilize the delivered data

3. Custom Project Deliverables

For custom scraping, automation, API integration, and data engineering projects:

  • Refund requests may be considered only before work begins.
  • Once development, research, scraping, or implementation has commenced, payments become non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be issued solely at Scraping Solution's discretion based on completed project milestones.

4. Data Quality Concerns

If delivered data materially differs from the agreed project scope, clients must notify Scraping Solution within seven (7) business days of delivery.

We will:

  • Review the issue
  • Attempt correction where feasible
  • Re-deliver updated data if required

5. Service Availability

Temporary interruptions caused by third-party platforms, supplier systems, website changes, API restrictions, force majeure events, or internet service disruptions do not qualify for refunds.
